The role focuses on revenue systems processing, data analysis, and integration across financial systems like NetSuite and customer systems. You will maintain services, review transactions for proper invoicing and timely payments, and create ad hoc reports to support Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt under pressure.
• Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to review and reconcile data issues.
• Encourage and implement financial processes with Operations managers.
• Create ad hoc reports using CORS, VIPS, SQL tools and NetSuite.
• Monitor revenue-related exception reports and payment issues.
• Support Operations on manual invoicing processes and timing.
