Breakthru Beverage Group in the United States is seeking a Revenue Management Associate to support returns and pricing discrepancies within the Finance Department. The role involves reviewing data, identifying basic trends, and helping improve processes in a flexible hybrid setting.

The position requires strong MS Excel and reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams on pricing files, supplier reports, and PLCB-related activities in PA and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; secondary education a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• 10-key by touch required; strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial data for accuracy.
• Review, approve, and issue pricing adjustments and credits.
• Identify depletion allowance chargebacks related to pricing/credits.
• Assist with monthly data analysis, reporting and process improvements.
• Manage monthly pricing files for Local and National Key Accounts, resolve discrepancies.
• Review returns and EDI pricing files for correct pricing and errors.
• Verify contracts for PLCB compliance and support order processing.
• Maintain supplier reports and provide insights to support revenue management.
