Job summary

Children’s Home Network in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to lead the agency’s revenue operations, including government contracts, program services revenue, grants, reimbursements, billing, cash receipts, and accounts receivable. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will collaborate with program staff and funders to ensure accurate, timely revenue recognition and compliance with contract terms.

This is a full‑time exempt role with a hybrid work model after a 90‑day period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, nonprofit management, or related field; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, reimbursements, cash receipts, receivables, collections, and revenue reconciliations.
• Review contracts and grants for billing terms, allowable costs, budgets, and funder reporting.
• Manage Medicaid and other program billing including claims reviews, denials, and resubmissions.
• Supervise and develop revenue-cycle staff and provide ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Maintain centralized schedule of grants, contracts, reporting requirements and deadlines.
