• Proven experience improving cash collections, reducing denials, and increasing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop orthopedic revenue cycle strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Full Revenue Cycle Oversight: Oversee all aspects of orthopedic RCM operations including charge capture, coding, and denials management.
• Orthopedic Surgical Revenue Management: Oversee RCM for orthopedic procedures and related services.
• Denials and AR Management: Develop denial prevention and recovery strategies; monitor trends.
• Team Development & Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing orthopedic RCM team.
• Operational Performance & Compliance: Establish KPIs and ensure regulatory and payer requirements.
