Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills – ability to collaborate and influence across and within different levels of the organization.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-cash process for certain products.
• Manage accounting relationships with customers and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure timely customer collections and dispute resolution.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and credit limits.
• Timely execution of revenue accounting month-end close for product sales.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting for internal and external requirements.
• Reconcile product revenue, accounts receivable, and gross-to-net accruals monthly.
• Develop knowledge of markets to design and perform analytics on monthly results.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Market Access on monthly actualization and forecasting.
• Partner with Trade & Operations on service-provider and customer-relationship management.
• Provide strategic input into policy and process improvements; drive automation.
