Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience including 1 year in RTW or job accommodation or 3 years in claims management, or equivalent.
• Familiar with workplace accommodations and disability guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Determine objective, medically supported work restrictions for claims.
• Facilitate RTW and accommodation through negotiations with client and provider; document communications.
• Adhere to medical, legal, and accreditation standards in written communications.
• Contact employers to clarify job demands, training, wages, and availability; assess physical tolerances and essential functions.
• Maintain client contact post-placement and support plan adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transition from medical case management to placement.
