Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in internal communications and research administration is desirable.
• Experience producing internal newsletters or communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and produce ORSA’s monthly funding opportunities and research development newsletter.
• Draft and distribute internal communications about policies, procedures, and system changes.
• Update webpages to ensure content remains current and aligned with user needs.
• Serve as liaison to school- and unit-based research administration teams.
• Build relationships across schools and central offices to understand service needs.
• Provide hands-on, consultative support to faculty and staff for applying policies and tools.
