Episcopal Health Foundation in Houston, TX, seeks a Research and Evaluation Associate to support the Director of Evaluation and EVP for Health Policy, Research & Strategic Partnerships in conducting quantitative and qualitative evaluation and applied research. The role involves managing data and data collection to help measure impact of the Foundation's work, and support learning activities.

This hybrid position allows in-office collaboration Tue-Thu with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and

Qualificações

• Graduate-level degree in research methods, social sciences, or related field.
• Experience in program evaluation, health services research, and/or health policy analysis.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support evaluation activities under supervision of the Director of Evaluation.
• Analyze data and manage data collection processes to evaluate impact.
• Collaborate across the Research, Policy and Evaluation team and other departments.
• Center equity in all evaluation work and outcomes.
• Utilize mixed methods, including qualitative case studies and descriptive statistics.
• Coordinate surveys across platforms and organize results.
• Document evaluation procedures and metrics.
• Contribute to capacity-building and learning to inform program improvements.
• Participate in local/state evaluation funder collaboratives.
