Mass General Brigham is seeking a Research Assistant I at our CHCB to recruit and coordinate biospecimen study participants. You will prepare participant materials, handle communications, and support project operations from the Longwood location.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science and strong organizational and communication skills. This position is hybrid, offering day shifts in the United States. The team supports IRB processes and data management to ensure smooth study workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Science is required.
• New grads with some relevant coursework (0–1 year) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact between study participants and the investigative team, including scheduling communications and responding to questions.
• Communicate with participants via phone, email, and mail; track and respond to requests.
• Support Project Manager by coordinating IRB documentation and coordinating with vendors and data teams.
• Assist with SOPs, lab maintenance, ordering supplies, and special projects as needed.
• Manage project data collection and maintain accurate study records for IRB review.
