Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years underwriting experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of state insurance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits on new and renewal property/casualty policies to assess risk selection and guideline adherence.
• Verify rating accuracy, data integrity and regulatory compliance in audits.
• Compile audit results and review with underwriting management.
• Analyze data to identify factors and develop action plans for business units.
• Collaborate with management to update guidelines, processes, or training materials.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions.
