Job summary

Family Relief Resources is seeking a Support Manager in Oregon. The role starts Part-time with potential to transition to Full-time within 3–6 months. The position involves managing documents, reports, and databases, and coordinating with clients, families, DSPs, and case managers.

The work is hybrid-remote with travel to client homes in the Portland area for meetings. Spanish-speaking preferred but all candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior office and/or clerical experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Willing to travel to client homes within Portland, OR area for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers.
• Manage the client lifecycle including reviewing ISP documents and renewals.
• Onboard clients and determine scope of needs and preferred care hours.
• Train DSPs on implementation plans and risk protocols and assist with client-management software.
• Hold regular meetings with clients, families and DSPs to gather feedback and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain prompt communication with Case Managers, DSPs, Clients and/or Parents/Guardians via email, phone, and text.
