Job summary

Structure Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Research Associate to independently manage all clinical aspects of a study, working with cross-functional teams, vendors, sites, and CROs to ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance.

The role supports study start-up, enrollment, maintenance, and closeout, reporting to a Sr. CTM or Associate Director. A hybrid work model is preferred with remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical trial management experience in sponsor/CRO settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality execution of clinical protocols according to SOPs, ICH/GCP.
• Support Study Lead in enrollment, maintenance, and closeout activities.
• Oversee study management vendors (IRT, eCOA, cardiac safety) to ensure data quality.
