Responsibilities
- Assist home buyers in identifying properties and neighborhoods that fit their needs.
- List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly.
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs to connect buyers with a home.
- Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect clients' interests.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing.
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
