Job summary
Coldwell Banker Premier Properties is looking for Residential Home Salespeople in Ormond Beach, FL to help buyers and sellers through the housing market. You earn commissions with no cap and control your schedule, enabling a flexible, high-earning career.
No license is required to start; we provide complete residential sales training and licensing guidance. You’ll build relationships, run showings, list and market homes, and negotiate offers through closing.
Qualifications
- No license required to start; training provided.
- Be 18 years or older and willing to obtain a Florida real estate license.
- Complete residential sales training at no cost.
Responsibilities
- Help buyers find properties and neighborhoods.
- List and market homes to attract qualified buyers.
- Run showings, open houses and walkthroughs.
- Present and negotiate offers to protect clients' interests.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing paperwork.
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals.
