Job summary

The role involves designing from client specs, creating BOMs, and drawings for fabrication, with emphasis on safety and quality. You'll use Solidworks and Autocad to develop models, perform ASME code calculations, and coordinate with inspectors, customers, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Solidworks and PDM for modeling and BOM creation.
• Experience manufacturing complex assemblies and ASME code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Model parts and assemblies in Solidworks; create fabrication drawings and BOMs.
• Create P&IDs and electrical schematics in Autocad.
• Perform ASME Section VIII calculations and coordinate with inspectors.
• Size piping, valves, and fittings to ASME codes and client specs.
• Coordinate with customers, manage projects to schedule and budget.
