Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is seeking a dedicated Certified Peer Support Specialist to join the Family Centered Treatment Team on a part-time basis. The role combines home-based, trauma-informed Peer Support with supervision, training, and documentation responsibilities in a hybrid remote environment serving multiple counties in Wisconsin.

The position offers 15 hours per week at $18.50/hour, increasing to $20/hour after FCT training, with an additional $1/hour for bilingual

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with family systems, trauma, and/or SUD diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible weekly schedule including some evening hours.
• Learn the evidenced-based FCT framework and complete online FCT training with supervision.
• Provide direct peer support using FCT principles for assigned cases; meet fidelity requirements (5 hours per week per family).
• Maintain clear, concise documentation in an Electronic Health Record system to meet standards.
• Collaborate with all relevant systems and participants to ensure buy-in and coordination.
• Participate in weekly individual and team supervision and provide feedback.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 phone support system as needed.
