Job summary

Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a full-time exempt Payroll Systems Manager to join our St. Louis office.

The role leads end-to-end payroll for employees and partners across states, configuring UKG and timekeeping systems while maintaining data integrity and managing integrations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will supervise payroll processes, ensure compliance with firm policies and laws, and support automation and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required; Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with UKG payroll and timekeeping software is preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience required; strong data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end payroll processing for employees and partners across multiple states.
• Configures and administers UKG and timekeeping systems; maintains data integrity and audits.
• Oversees timekeeping and data architecture related to payroll; supports system integrations.
