Job summary

CORA Services Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join a team of five IT professionals supporting a 600‑employee nonprofit. This hybrid role covers on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, end‑user support, security, and project initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep infrastructure expertise and strong service desk skills to ensure high‑quality frontline support. The successful candidate will administer Windows Server, AD/AAD, M365, Intune, and networking, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and virtualization.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365.
• Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and security controls.
• Lead security, patching, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
• Provide Tier 3 service desk support and mentoring.
• Endpoint management with Intune and Autopilot.
• Involve in project initiatives like cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Develop documentation and IT standards; support audits.
