Warrior Insurance Network in Chicago seeks an Analyst for Product & Actuarial Analysis. You will plan and contribute to projects, develop and maintain policy forms, and monitor regulatory changes affecting our auto and liability products.

You will collaborate across departments to create new forms, perform market analysis, and assist in filing forms with state regulators. The role blends analytics, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional teamwork in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• P&C insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, or contribute to projects up to moderate complexity.
• Research and maintain coverage forms, endorsements, and manuals.
• Review regulatory releases and market alerts for impact on products.
• Maintain department forms repository.
• Conduct market analysis and observe target markets.
• Analyze competitor product features and contract language.
• Collaborate with departments to develop forms for new products.
• Assist with form filings to departments of insurance and respond to objections.
• Serve as SME for questions about enhancements and filings.
• Coordinate with IT on system changes and verify implementations.
• Evaluate internal and external processes and procedures.
• Build strong team relationships and cooperate on objectives.
• Handle ad hoc projects, analysis, and reporting.
• Report to the Associate Forms & Product Manager.
