Job summary

Allstate Corporation seeks a driven financial professional to build a personal financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You will partner with Allstate Agency owners to grow new business within your community and access broad product offerings and ongoing education.

You will work alongside licensed professionals, helping clients face-to-face while expanding your client base through strategic lead generation and trusted guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses required (if applicable).
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice with support from Allstate.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and develop deep relationships.
• Leverage Allstate resources and agency partners to generate leads and revenue.
