Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to partner with the CFO and senior leadership, driving financial analysis, market intelligence, and strategic projects. You’ll translate data into actionable insights, build models and dashboards, and influence executive decisions across Finance, Strategy, and Operations.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Technology, and cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and timely execution of high-impact projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, data analytics, informatics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience using Excel for data analysis and comfort learning financial models, valuation concepts, and public-market data.
• 1+ years’ experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools; ability to work with data is important, but advanced programming is not required.
• Internet connectivity – min speeds and latency requirements are listed as a baseline for remote work.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support high-priority strategic and operational projects from initial question through recommendation and execution.
• Conduct macroeconomic, healthcare, policy, and industry research; synthesize findings into concise executive-ready summaries.
• Create a market map or competitive intelligence tracker to track competitors, public-company disclosures, market developments, business models, and trends.
• Listen to and summarize investor conference calls, earnings presentations, investor days, and other public-company materials to produce concise readouts.
• Perform Wall Street and public-company valuation work, including comparable analyses and basic valuation models.
• Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports using Excel and other tools.
• Translate complex questions into structured workplans, analyses, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Prepare briefing materials, memos, presentations, and follow-up action plans for the CFO and executives.
• Help improve processes, data quality, and operating cadence within the CFO’s office.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and move work forward.
