Confidential client in the U.S. is seeking a Facility Solutions Associate / Commissioning Coordinator to support building systems, commissioning activities, and operational readiness on major projects.

The role offers a hybrid work structure with ~25% travel to Alabama, and a salary range of $100,000–$160,000 plus benefits. You will engage with project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors on complex facilities projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction, facilities management, or related field.
• Approximately 6+ years experience in commissioning or MEP-related roles.
• Familiarity with building systems standards and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with standard documentation and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning planning and execution on facilities projects.
• Develop and maintain equipment lists and asset documentation.
• Coordinate construction and commissioning schedules.
• Support CMMS workflows and operational readiness processes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Log field observations and assist with issue resolution.
• Support training coordination, project closeout, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
