Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; internal teller and platform training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience.
• Open new accounts, process deposits and routine transactions, and educate on features and tools.
• Assist with issues such as balance discrepancies and debit card concerns, coordinating with teams for resolution.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Manage customer flow and scheduling to minimize wait times.
• Refer customers to specialists for more complex financial needs.
• Support branch goals through needs-based conversations and relationship-building.
