Job summary

Atlantic Group in New York City is seeking an accounting professional to manage accounts payable, cash positions, partner distributions, and monthly reporting. You will maintain ledgers, loan schedules, and bank reconciliations, while supporting investor reporting and distribution calculations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years accounting experience, preferably in REITs, real estate investment firms or related platforms.
• Public and private accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• CPA preferred and GAAP knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, cash positions, and partner distributions.
• Maintain accounting ledgers, loan schedules, and bank reconciliations.
• Support investor reporting and distribution calculations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and JV financial reporting packages.
• Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and lender reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with investment, asset management, tax and external audit teams.
