Labcorp is seeking a HYBRID Reimbursement Analyst II to join our team in North Carolina. The role combines three in-office days with two remote days each week, supporting collaboration and flexibility across our Burlington/ Durham locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Associate degree with 7 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 9 years healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-payer reimbursement data to identify variances and trends.
• Validate payments against payer contracts and fee schedules.
• Investigate and resolve complex payer issues; escalate high-risk concerns.
• Manage denials and accounts receivable to optimize cash flow.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements to reduce denials and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, finance, and operations to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights for performance improvement.
