Qualifications

• Performs economic analysis related to rate designs and their effects on utility customers.
• Reviews rate designs and their impact on consumers and revenues.
• Assists in rate cases, settlements, and regulatory filings with supporting data.

Responsibilities

• Conducts independent studies and analyses of utility rate structures.
• Reviews tariffs and cost-of-service studies for compliance and reasonableness.
• Participates in hearings involving rates and revenues and cross-examines witnesses.
• Assists in drafting evidence-based recommendations to support PURA decisions.
• Engages in investigations and audits of regulated utilities and related disputes.
