Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of EMI/EMC, electrical safety, and IT/electronic product certification processes. You will collaborate with OEM/ODM partners and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-10 years of industry experience in electrical/hardware engineering and regulatory compliance.
• 5-10 years of experience working with product regulatory compliance and certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using electrical engineering design tools and software packages.
• Strong understanding of electrical hardware design principles and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate hardware for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute test strategies for EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, suppliers, and OEM/ODM partners on regulatory issues.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to engineers.
• Participate in hardware design reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage global product certification activities and prepare documentation.
