• Serve as initial contact for registry participants and triage inquiries.
• Record feedback and issues in CRM or help desk system and share with staff.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide platform and workflow support; onboarding and account setup.
• Participate in product team meetings and provide user-focused feedback.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge bases.
• Conduct proactive participant outreach and follow-up communications.
• Identify recurring issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
