Nutrire Nutrition Services is seeking a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian to join our Boca Raton team. You will provide individualized nutrition counseling, perform assessments, and help develop MDS section K and care plans within a collaborative care setting.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nutrition therapy, ongoing professional development, and a hybrid work schedule to support work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.
• Accreditation by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed dietitian or DTR in FL.
• 1 year of experience in dietetics; long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with various dietary needs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• MDS section K and care plan development.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to incorporate dietetic recommendations into patient care plans.
