Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority seeks a Regional Outreach Coordinator for Central Oregon to connect communities with the Oregon Health Plan. You will build trusted relationships with community partners, identify eligible organizations, and provide ongoing support to improve access to health care across Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties.

This 1-year limited, hybrid role requires collaboration, strong communication, and cultural responsiveness to reach underserved communities effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with two years experience coordinating or administering a program.
• OR five years experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to serve diverse and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach to Central Oregon communities and partner organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Identify organizations to participate in the program and provide ongoing support to partners.
• Support access to health care and Oregon Health Plan navigation.
