Job summary
Compass Group’s TouchPoint division is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5–6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. The role involves clinical nutrition care, education, and coordination with hospital teams in a hybrid setting (4 days on site, 1 day remote).
The ideal candidate is an RDN with an active Indiana license and 2+ years of healthcare experience, providing MNT and outpatient counseling. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 with mileage and licensure reimbursements.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana License.
- 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Support 5–6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education.
- Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and health.
- Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Support swing bed services and outpatient counseling needs.
- Mentor dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
