Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. This hybrid role (4 days on site, 1 day remote) requires an active Indiana RDN license and offers $75,000–$80,000 with mileage reimbursement and licensure support.

You will lead Medical Nutrition Therapy, patient education, and collaboration with hospital teams to drive clinical excellence and outpatient services growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with active Indiana license.
• 2+ years experience preferred; healthcare background encouraged for applicants at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education across hospital facilities.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition plans and lifestyle changes.

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years experience preferred
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
