Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Rhode Island is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst - Rebate Research to analyze Medicare and Commercial formularies and determine client rebate eligibility under contract guidelines. You will help support rebate invoicing and contract interpretation on a monthly/quarterly basis.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, plus familiarity with formulary processes, RxClaim or Caremark systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Experience in a formulary, health care, contracting, or similar role.
Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel.
Caremark Formulary and/or Rebate knowledge beneficial.
Experience with Caremark business systems, claims adjudication, formulary, drug, and client systems with an emphasis on the RxClaim adjudication platform beneficial.
Medicare knowledge beneficial.
Ability to work independently and with people across functional area.
Ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
Strong reading comprehension skills.
Capability to communicate details clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Analyze formularies to determine rebate eligibility and support invoicing.
Support rebate forecasting and underwriting during contract negotiations.
Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Client Support Services in formulary development.
Review contract language for formulary rebate contracts.
Maintain filings for Caremark and client formulary publications.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with contract language.
Be flexible and add tasks to support the department.
Light travel may be requested to support business activity.
