Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Brigantine, NJ is seeking Real Estate Sales Associates to build a thriving career in a fast-paced market. No real estate experience is required because our award-winning training program licenses you quickly, helps you get productive, and positions you for profitability.

You will prospect for buyers and sellers, set showings, present offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections, managing contracts through closing.

Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.
