Qualifications

• Must have strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills with professional polish.
• Experience with Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar software is required.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists with due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Orders and analyzes title commitments, surveys and related documents.
• Develops closing checklists and coordinates delivery of docs to counsel and lenders.
• Manages data rooms and matter files.
• Supports attorneys in home and office locations in a hybrid model.
