Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Two years of experience as Investment Analyst or Market Analyst.
- Advanced Excel for financial modeling and multi-scenario sensitivity analyses.
- PowerPoint presentations for investment committee materials.
- Use ARGUS Enterprise for property-level forecasting and valuation.
Responsibilities
- Underwrites real estate opportunities for asset and corporate level transactions.
- Develops financial models for investments and joint ventures.
- Leads research and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Manages the investment process: origination, due diligence, portfolio monitoring.
- Creates investment memos for the investment committee.
