Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Fund accounting experience required.
• Experience with consolidations, budgeting, and intercompany transactions.
• Multi-entity accounting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Yardi experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Perform consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Review third-party property accounting records.
• Support audit and tax processes.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Investor Relations and internal stakeholders.
