Job summary

RealtySouth in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an escrow accounting professional to support affiliate title companies and SSC finance. Responsibilities include cash handling for real estate closings, maintaining SoftPro records, and daily cash management with interdepartmental collaboration.

The role requires 1–3 years in real estate or related fields, an associate degree in accounting or finance, and strong communication. Hybrid work arrangement offered with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Real Estate/Title, Mortgage Loan Servicing, Banking, or applicable field.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, business/finance.
• Experience in banking and cash management or processing wire transfers.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of escrow accounting duties and support affiliate title companies and SSC finance.
• Record and send cash related to real estate closings (wire transfers, ACH).
• Maintain title software records (SoftPro) and perform daily cash management functions.
• Monitor bank portals, run banking reports, and communicate with staff and bank contacts.
• Respond to information requests and investigate/discreetly resolve discrepancies.
• Support other SSC finance departments and handle outstanding check follow-up.
