Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or nonprofit housing.
• Working knowledge of construction accounting concepts and capitalized costs.
• Experience supporting lender draw submissions or cost certifications preferred.

• Assist in lender and agency draw package preparation and review.
