Zusammenfassung

Citizens Financial’s Legal Department seeks an experienced attorney to join the Procurement Legal Team as a trusted advisor on commercial real estate matters and vendor contracts. You will draft, negotiate, and counsel on complex agreements while aligning with risk management and business objectives.

You have 3–5+ years in commercial real estate and contracts within regulated financial services, possess a JD, and are licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5+ years in commercial real estate and vendor contracts within a regulated setting.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and risk awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial real estate agreements, including leases and related documents.
• Provide legal advice to Real Estate and Facilities teams on commercial real estate matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute complex vendor and commercial agreements.
• Advise business lines on indemnification, privacy and data protection, IP, and risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify legal risk and craft practical solutions.
• Manage multiple matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines.
