Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA bar) and in good standing.
5+ years of relevant litigation experience.
Experience in commercial and real estate litigation or strong interest in real estate matters.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
Work on a mix of matters consisting of commercial litigation, real estate litigation and other related real estate work.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues.
Collaborate within a collegial and supportive team environment.
