Job summary

Timoney Knox, LLP is seeking a seasoned Associate Attorney with 5 or more years of experience to join the Litigation team in our Fort Washington, PA office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, real estate law and litigation, along with other related transactional and advisory work.

Qualifications

• License in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 5 or more years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in both commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation or strong interest in real estate matters.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation practice.
• Willing and able to work primarily in-office, with one remote day per week after six months (based on performance).

Responsibilities

• Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Work on a mix of matters including commercial and real estate litigation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
