Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. in Tampa, FL seeks an Associate Attorney – Real Estate to handle a broad range of real estate transactions, from acquisitions to leasing.

You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements, while providing strategic structuring advice. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and an active Florida Bar license.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 2-6 years of substantive real estate transactions experience.
• Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders is preferred.
• Experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior practical business experience in commercial real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements, financing documents, JV agreements, and leases.
• Provide strategic counsel on structuring complex real estate investments and developments.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to manage client matters efficiently.
• Participate in all stages of transaction execution from due diligence to closing.
