Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Monroe Township, New Jersey, is seeking Residential Real Estate Agents. No experience is required, as we train new agents to obtain licensure, start generating leads, and build a profitable real estate career.

Agents will prospect buyers and sellers, conduct showings, present offers, and guide clients through financing, inspections, and closing. The role includes weekly coaching, ongoing education, and access to our marketing suite and CRM.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a training program helps you become licensed and productive.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspection process, manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Attend weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
