Responsibilities

Negotiates and acquires necessary land rights for utility projects of low to moderate complexity.
Prepares and submits applications to federal and state agencies per NEPA/CEQA guidelines.
Provides real estate support for project teams and secures approvals from CPUC and government agencies.
Manages project closings, records, and acquisition tracking.
Attends meetings, advises on costs/budgets, and develops acquisition plans and schedules.
Performs site visits, orders surveys, and uses mapping tools for property research.
Supports other land acquisition disciplines as needed.
Suggests improvements to land acquisition processes and protects sensitive data.
