It’s a hands‑on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders.
At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence‑based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings.
Starting Pay: $29 - 31 per hour, based on experience

As an Clinical Leader Intern you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA services using play‑based, evidence‑based strategies
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
- Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
- Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in‑field coaching opportunities
- Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
- Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience

- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
- One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
