• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or secure messages and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Prepare and review reports; ensure compliance with RESPA, TILA, CFPB and Fannie Mae servicing requirements.
• Serve as a knowledge resource on servicing issues and support complex issue resolution.
