Job summary

SEARHC in Juneau, AK is seeking a Radiologist to join its expanding Imaging Services team. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with one week onsite per month and three weeks remote, providing diagnostic interpretations across modalities including radiography, CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound, and DEXA.

Requires MD or DO with Radiology board certification, Alaska license or eligibility, four years of post-residency clinical experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Four years of clinical experience following residency training.
• Training in general diagnostic radiology, CT, MRI, mammography, and ultrasound.
• MD or D.O. with satisfactory completion of AMA approved Radiology Residency and Board Certification in Radiology.
• Active Alaska license or ability to obtain.
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Interprets radiographic examinations including spine, extremities, head, chest, abdomen and pelvis for all imaging sites at SEARHC.
• Interprets mammograms performed throughout SEARHC and in remote villages.
• Interprets ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, pelvic, breast, thyroid, scrotum; vascular studies.
• Supervises and interprets CT examinations; approves contrast dosage.
• Pre-approves CT and MRI orders for all SEARHC locations.
