• Provide technical leadership and direction while empowering engineers to solve complex design challenges.
• Drive execution across development programs, including planning, staffing, schedules, budgets, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Program Management to maintain momentum.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and design controls.
