Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and coordinate new development activities within R&D.
• Track prototype materials through internal systems for V&V activities.
• Provide on-site technical resource support for manufacturing and test.
• Identify and resolve issues in manufacturing, test, or development environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design and implementation.
• Mentor other engineering staff.
• Contribute to invention disclosures and patent applications.
• Maintain documentation of concepts, designs, and processes.
• Travel globally as required.
